AI Business Card is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The card content you create — your name, title, contact details, photo and links — which is public by design when you share your card. Messages visitors send through your card's AI assistant. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To build, host and share your digital business card, answer visitor questions through the AI assistant using the information you put on your card, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. AI features are processed by our AI provider (MuAPI).

Sharing

Your card page is public to anyone with its link — only publish details you want shared. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI features), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your cards are kept while your account is active and you can edit or delete them in the product. You may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
