Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Business Card, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service creates interactive digital business cards from AI templates, with an AI assistant that answers visitor questions based on the information on your card. Keep the details on your card accurate and your own — no impersonation of other people or businesses.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put on your card and are responsible for it, including having the right to use any photo, logo or trademark you include. Card pages are public by design; do not publish private information you do not want shared.

Credits and payment

AI features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The AI assistant answers from your card content and may occasionally be incomplete or wrong; it does not create commitments on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
